<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowrate meter for suppressing occurrence of natural convection in the vicinity of a flow sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The flowrate meter 1 includes the flow sensor 12 for detecting an instant flowrate of gas (fluid to be measured) flowing in a housing 3, an upstream side rectifying unit 13 that is provided at an upstream side of the flow sensor 12 in the housing 3 and rectifies the gas (the fluid to be measured), and a downstream side rectifying unit 14 that is provided at a downstream side of the flow sensor 12 in the housing 3 and rectifies the gas (the fluid to be measured). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
