<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method reducing an amount of application of flux and improving reliability. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a solar cell module by electrically connecting a plurality of solar cells via a wiring material includes: a front surface side flux applying step for jetting a flux to the front surface of the solar cells from a nozzle of a dispenser 31 to apply the flux; a rear surface side flux applying step for jetting a flux to the rear surface of the solar cells from a nozzle of a dispenser 32 to apply the flux; and a step for electrically connecting the electrodes of the solar cells to the wiring material by heating in a state that the solar cells are superimposed on the wiring material after the flux steps. The nozzle of the dispenser 32 is directed obliquely upward for the movement direction of the solar cells 1, and the rear surface flux step includes jetting the flux from the nozzle to the movement direction of solar cells 1 from an inclined direction to apply the flux to the electrodes of the rear surface of the solar cells 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
