<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device including an optical sensor with superior efficiency of photoelectric conversion. <P>SOLUTION: In the display device which the optical sensor is formed on a substrate, the optical sensor is formed in a stacking order of a gate electrode, a gate insulating film and a semiconductor layer, or the order of the semiconductor layer, the gate insulating film and the gate electrode, and each of electrodes is taken out from both sides of the semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer consists of a stack of crystalline semiconductor layer and an amorphous semiconductor layer, and the crystalline semiconductor layer is arranged at a side of the gate insulating film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
