<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with a touch sensor function capable of providing a satisfactory image, and achieving the minimization of the device by adding a touch sensor function to a display device. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 10 is provided with a TFT array substrate 3 and a touch sensor 6 for detecting a touch position of a touch face. A plurality of capacity lines 85 and a plurality of data lines 82 crossing the capacity lines 85 are formed on the TFT array substrate 3. The touch sensor 6 is provided with a potential rising detection means 96 for detecting the scale of a parasitic capacity generated in the neighborhood of each intersection Q between the capacity line 85 and the data line 82 as the rising rate of the potential of the data line 82 when a voltage is applied to the capacity line 85 specifying the intersection Q, and configured to detect the neighborhood of the intersection Q where the rising rate of potential detected by the potential rising rate detection means 96 is out of a prescribed range as the touch position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
