PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure connecting structure which can stably support a structure of a building when the structure is supported on the lateral side of a foundation; and to provide the building. SOLUTION: The foundation 11 includes: an upper-end main reinforcement 55, a web reinforcement 56 and a lower-end main reinforcement 57, which are elongated as reinforcements along the foundation 11; and a vertically-elongated stirrup 58. The foundation 11 is provided with an anchor fitting 41; and the anchor fitting 41 comprises a flat plate-like connecting plate 42, the plate surface of which is exposed on the lateral surface of the rising portion 11b of the foundation 11, and an anchor portion 43 which is elongated in the inward direction of the foundation 11 from the connecting plate 42. The anchor portion 43 comprises upside and downside anchor portions 43A and 43B which are provided at a predetermined vertical spacing; the upside anchor portion 43A crosses the upper-end main reinforcement 55 above the upper-end main reinforcement 55; and the downside anchor portion 43b crosses the web reinforcement 56 above the web reinforcement 56.
