The vane has a perforated discharge sleeve (18) defining an annular cavity between an external wall of the sleeve and an internal wall of the vane. An air intake opening supplies cooling air inside the sleeve, and an air evacuation opening (28) evacuates part of the cooling air outside the vane. The sleeve comprises an end (18a) secured to the vane, and a free end (18b) moved relative to an internal edge of the vane under thermal dilation effects. Slots (30, 32) of the sleeve extend from the free end to the secured end of the sleeve, where the slots are located in a same plane.
