PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a response message to a message transmitted to a portable terminal device via the Internet. SOLUTION: A VMS control server 5 causes a storage means of a web server 6 to store a voice message transmitted by calling from a transmission side communication terminal 1 to a reception side communication terminal 2. The web server 6 transmits data including information of the voice message stored in the storage means to an internet terminal 8 via the Internet 11 in response to a request of the internet terminal 8 connected to the Internet 11.
