<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard inspection device for simply inspecting the quality of ON-stroke, by key pressing operation by an inspector. <P>SOLUTION: When a pressure sensor 25 for detection key pressing pressure is worn on a finger of the inspector, and a key of a keyboard 14 of a musical instrument body 100 is pressed by the finger, a key pressing speed V is calculated on the basis of time difference from initial position reach time T0, when the finger contacts a key face, till full stroke reach time TF, when full stroke is reached, in the keyboard inspection device 200. In the musical instrument 100, inspection data are generated and transmitted to the keyboard inspection device 200, each time a key switch is switched sequentially on by key-pressing. In the keyboard inspection device 200, an ON stroke Ln at a key switch of a switch number [n] is calculated, according to a formula: (key-pressing speed V)×(elapse time t(n)-initial position reach time T0), by using the elapse time t(n) obtained, when inspection data are received, and the calculated key-pressing speed V; and the quality is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
