<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which an electronic controlling circuit 36 can be installed inside an auxiliary electromagnetic switch 9 without being affected by conductive dusts generated due to consumption of a contact and without being affected by moving tracks of a movable contact 35. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The auxiliary electromagnetic switch 9 has an in-built electronic controlling circuit 36 for controlling electric conduction to an exciting coil 27. The electronic controlling circuit 36 is installed in a space divided by a magnetic plate 28 from a contact chamber 40, namely, is installed between the exciting coil 27 and the magnetic plate 28, and an inner diameter or an outer diameter of a circuit board is press-fitted against an inner circumferential wall or an outer circumferential wall of a support member 49 integrally installed with a bobbin 37 of the exciting coil 27. In the above structure, since conductive dusts generated by consumption of a contact do not adhere on a surface of the circuit board, reliability against an insulation deterioration and a short circuit of the electronic circuit can be improved, and a special structure for insulation shield can be dispensed with, thereby, down-sizing and a low cost can be materialized.
