PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve with a flange part, which serves as an anchoring means for an end of a reinforcing bar, and which can sufficiently secure anchor strength between the reinforcing bar and concrete even at a construction part incapable of securing a predetermined anchoring dimension. SOLUTION: This sleeve with the flange part is characterized in that the annular flange part, which protrudes from an outer peripheral surface of a body in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of a sleeve body, is provided to the body which is formed of a predetermined length, a predetermined peripheral wall thickness, a filling hole and a discharge hole for a filler, and an inside space of a tubular shape for forming a space for insertion of the reinforcing bar and infilling of the filler.
