PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam molding method in which the transformation or mold collapsing of an independent foaming cell does not occur in the foam molding of a foaming material. SOLUTION: The foam molding method which foams the foaming material includes a step of providing a mold 10 for molding having an interior space 12, a step of making the interior space 12 of the mold 10 for molding to a pressurizing state, a step of foaming the foaming material in the interior space 12 of the mold 10 for molding in the pressurizing state to suitably control the foaming of the foaming material in the interior space of the mold 10 for molding in the pressurizing state, and a step of canceling the pressurizing state to the interior space 12 of the mold for molding.
