<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a copy created on a recording medium based on imaging data of an object under an imaging light source does not always look like the object under an observation light source. <P>SOLUTION: For overall image data obtained by dividedly imaging an object 1 by a camera 3 under an imaging light source 2 to be synthesized, a characteristic color is determined based on a pixel distribution thereof, a divided region including the characteristic color is retrieved from the overall image data, and set as a reference region. A light source conversion parameter is created based on data obtained by imaging a reference region part of the object 1 under the imaging light source 2 and data obtained by imaging the reference region part under the observation light source 4. In a light source conversion part 13, light source conversion from the imaging light source 2 to the observation light source 4 is applied to the overall image data based on the light source conversion parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
