<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord clamp structure of a lighting fixture for a vehicle, which allows maintenance such as bulb replacement with high working efficiency to be performed, and reduces its cost with a reduced number of parts and assembly man days. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cord clamp structure of the lighting fixture for the vehicle is formed by arranging a guide rib 1a in a projecting manner along a side wall 1B on an inner face of two front walls 1A crossing each other in a housing 1, covering an opening 1b formed in the side wall 1B with a detachable cover 8, and arranging a cord 4 led into the housing 1 along the guide rib 1a. The cord clamp structure employs a configuration of extending a flange 8a engaging with the opening 1b of the housing 1 of the cover 8 so as to project internally farther than the inner face of the side wall 1B formed with the opening 1b, forming a space S in a form of a passage between the flange 8a and the guide rib 1a, and passing the cord 4 through the space S to clamp it.
