<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for controlling the function of CCR4, useful in preventing/treating a disease such as bronchial asthma and atopic dermatitis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There are provided a compound represented by the formula shown herein and a salt thereof.
