<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further properly determine (detect) an abnormal state in a power supply. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The power supply is provided with: a zero cross detecting part 16d detecting a predetermined region including a zero cross point of an AC voltage applied to an input part 16; a DC power generating part 18 which is connected to the input part 16 through wiring and is provided with a diode bridge 18b which fully rectifies the AC voltage input from the input part 16 through wiring and outputs a pulsating flow voltage and a DC/DC converter 18c converting the output pulsating flow voltage into a DC voltage and supplying it to a load; a voltage detecting part 20 detecting the AC voltage of a part before the diode bridge 18b when the zero cross detecting part 16d detects the region; and a controller 22 determining occurrence of failure due to a contact failure in wiring when a voltage value of the voltage detected by the voltage detecting part 20 is within a predetermined range including a voltage value that is generated at contact failure in wiring.
