<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium plate having high strength and excellent workability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The titanium plate is characterized by having an iron content of >0.10 to <0.60% by mass, an oxygen content of >0.005 to <0.10% by mass, a carbon content of <0.015% by mass, a nitrogen content of <0.015% by mass and a hydrogen content of <0.015% by mass, with the remainder being titanium and unavoidable impurities, wherein a dual phase structure composed of an α phase and a β phase is formed so that the β phase has a circle-equivalent average particle diameter of 3 μm or less.
