摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the occurrence of misfire in an engine for power generation. SOLUTION: The system 1 for determining misfire of a gas engine 2 for driving a generator 30 includes a cylinder pressure sensor 25 capable of detecting cylinder pressure which is the internal pressure of a cylinder 3 of the gas engine 2, and a misfire determination device 24 for determining misfire of the cylinder 3 by comparing a difference ΔP (=P2-P1) between a first cylinder pressure P1 detected by the cylinder sensor 25 when the cylinder 3 is in a compression stroke and a second cylinder pressure P2 detected by the cylinder pressure sensor 25 when the cylinder 3 is in an explosion stroke, with a threshold value α. The misfire determination device 24 changes the threshold value α according to the first cylinder pressure P1 (a value having correlation with load) detected by the cylinder pressure sensor 25.
