<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting unit suppressing rattling of a switch unit and improved in operability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This lighting unit 1 includes a housing 2, a plurality of bus bars 4 housed in the housing 2 and connecting a valve 3 and an electric wire 50, a switch unit 6 with a switch body section 17 attached to the housing 2 and connected with the bus bars 4 and an operation section 18 attached to the switch body section 17 in a freely projected or recessed manner, and a cover section 5 attached to cover the housing 2 and holding the bus bars 4 between the housing 2 and itself.
