PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid that a recipient of an electronic mail of a mistaken destination reads the electronic mail, even if a sender has transmitted the electronic mail to the recipient. SOLUTION: A computer is used as a management device 3. A program 15 functions the computer as an electronic mail receiver 20, an encrypted information memory 23, an electronic mail transmitter 24, an identification information confirmation unit 25, a transmission permission/non-permission confirmation unit 26, and a password transmitter 27. The electronic mail receiver 20 receives an electronic mail transmitted by a sender. The encrypted information memory 23 memorizes a password. The electronic mail transmitter 24 transmits the electronic mail received by the electronic mail receiver 20 to a recipient. As for a reception terminal 2B, the identification information confirmation unit 25 checks identification information for identifying the recipient. The transmission permission/non-permission confirmation unit 26 checks the sender whether he/she permits transmission of the password towards the recipient identified by the identification information or not. In case of the permission by the sender, the password transmitter 27 transmits the password memorized by the encrypted information memory 23 towards the recipient identified by the identification information.
