PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body evaluation method for evaluating properties of a body according to an objective barometer and a body production method for producing the body while recognizing a body kneading condition according to an objective barometer. SOLUTION: A ceramic raw material and water are made to be at least contained materials. With regard to the body prepared by mixing/kneading the contained materials, by an NMR method, from a signal emitted from the contained materials, the T1 relaxation time and/or T2 relaxation time of protons contained in the contained materials are measured to evaluate the body evaluation method and the body kneading condition. In addition, by the use of the body evaluation method, the body production method in which the body is kneaded while the body kneading condition is recognized is made. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
