<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously detect multiple antigens by immunoassay, without having to consider the availability of a species derived from an antibody which recognizes an antigen substance to be measured or a corresponding secondary antibody, and to enhance the detection sensitivity in immunological measurements. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Nanoparticles are formed by the capturing of a lipid bilayer film by protein having self-organizing ability. The particles are modified by a substance capable of emitting fluorescence. The nanoparticles for the detection of multiple antigens in which the protein having self-organizing ability has antibody-binding ability are developed. By using the nanoparticles for the detection of multiple antigens, it is possible to simultaneously detect multiple antigens by immunoassay, without having to consider the availability of species derived from an antibody which recognizes the antigen substance to be measured or the corresponding secondary antibody.
