PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commutator that is efficiently miniaturized, and to provide a three-phase DC motor. SOLUTION: The commutator 10 includes a body 61 fixed to the surrounding of a rotating shaft 3 and made of a synthetic resin, a plurality of segments 15 juxtaposed along a circumferential direction on the body 61, risers 16 formed on a segment 15 and having an armature coil wound therearound, and a connection line 19 wired between the risers 16 of segments 15 having the same potential among the plurality of segments 15 to short-circuit the segments 15 having the same potential to each other. In the commutator, a brush electrically connected to an external power supply unit slides on the segments 15, thereby feeding power to the armature coil.
