PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink discharge printing device that reduces the time required for positioning an object substrate to be printed necessary prior to ink discharge (including conveyance time to the alignment position and subsequent positioning time), and at the same time, improves positioning accuracy so as to be compatible with a large substrate separately exposed. SOLUTION: The ink discharge printing device includes retractable lift pins provided to a substrate mount base, in which the distance of the lift pins in a direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of the substrate is set to be larger than the width of a fork for conveying the substrate, and the height of the lift pins is adjustable to be larger than the thickness of the fork. Thereby, the device can directly convey the substrate to the deep portion of the substrate mount base while preventing the fork from being brought into contact with the lift pins. The ink discharge printing device also includes an imaging means having two types of cameras with low and high magnifications for simultaneously imaging positioning marks formed on the substrate.
