PURPOSE: A device for cutting the opening of a sealed container or lid is provided to improve the sanitation of a sealed container by opening the sealed container by being placed on the container and pressing a pre-set part. CONSTITUTION: A main body is combined with the opening of a sealed container(1). A pressing part(8) is placed on the upper dome shaped plate. A connection part connects the inner wall of the main body with the pressing part. A cutting blade is installed to the connection part and cuts or perforates the sealing material on the opening of the sealed container by descending the connection part.
