PURPOSE: A circuit device is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by removing a power switch inside a high current path. CONSTITUTION: First to third connection units are connected to a three phase voltage network. Two external connection units(Z1,Z6) and at least three internal connection units(Z2-Z5) are connected to silicon rods(81-84). Two external transformers(T1,T4) and two internal transformers(T2,T3) have one primary wiring and one secondary wiring respectively. Two external power controllers control the current flowing through the primary wiring of the external transformer. Two internal power controllers control the current flowing through the primary wiring of the internal transformer. One or a plurality of control units control the external and internal power controllers. |
