<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the quality of a fuel cell electrode, and to improve its production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A position of a catalyst layer 12A coated on one face of a belt-like electrolyte film 12S is grasped by a first camera unit 32 provided at a first upstream channel 24. Based on the position, a punching position of an opening 20a is controlled by a control means 52 corresponding to the catalyst layer 12A by a cutter unit 38 for forming an opening 20a on a belt-like protection film 20C guided along a second upstream channel 26. As the belt-like electrolyte film 12A and the belt-like protection film 20C separately flowing along the first and the second upstream channels 24, 26 are joined at a downstream channel 28 to be fixed, a position of each catalyst layer 12A coated on one face of the belt-like electrolyte film 12S and a position of each opening 20a of the belt-like protection film 20C can be exactly matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
