<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a position of one transmission unit to a direction of the other transmission unit efficiently and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission unit 1 for data transmission in an optical data network transmits data to receivers 13 and 23 by radio through modulated visible lights of transmission diodes 12 and 22. The transmission unit 1 includes the transmission diode 12 to transmit the data, the receiver 13 to receive data of another one transmission unit 2, and a data interface 6 to be connected to a computer system 3. The transmission unit 1 is set up capable of adjusting the position so as to face at least one transmission diode 12 and at least one receiver 13 to the direction of another one transmission unit 2 according to a signal strength measured by the receiver 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
