摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device attaining smooth steering control even when ground-contact load of a wheel is increased in case of high speed turning traveling. <P>SOLUTION: ECU 20 determines whether or not difference &Delta;&delta;rr of a rear wheel target steering angle &delta;rrt and a rear wheel actual steering angle &delta;rrr exceeds an abnormality determination threshold value &delta;th at step S2, and when the determination becomes Yes, it determines whether or not lateral acceleration Gy inputted from a lateral G sensor 12 exceeds an acceleration determination threshold value Gyth at step S3, namely, whether or not operation delaying of a rear wheel steering actuator 8r is caused by increase of ground-contact load of a right rear wheel 3rr.
