<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing worsening or the like of emissions due to EGR control. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of the internal combustion engine is mounted on a hybrid vehicle equipped with an EGR device, and includes an engine, a throttle valve, and a control means.
