<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing sheet that has high heat resistance, is suitable for a tube material of an intercooler and the like, which reaches a high temperature and a high pressure, can be thinned, and further has high strength and creep resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the brazing sheet which is made by cladding an Al-Si-based brazing material on one side or both sides of an Al alloy core material, the Al alloy of the core material includes 0.3-1.2% Si, 0.05-0.4% Fe, 0.3-1.2% Cu and 0.8-1.8% Mn, further at least one of 0.05-0.3% Ti, 0.05-0.3% Zr, 0.05-0.3% Cr and 0.05-0.3% V, and the balance substantially Al, and contains 20-100 pieces/μm<SP>2</SP>by density of intermetallic compounds with diameters of 0.1μm or more but less than 0.3μm and 1 piece/μm<SP>2</SP>or less by density of intermetallic compounds with diameters of 0.3μm or more, in a cross section of the core material sheet.
