OPERATION INSPECTION SYSTEM AND OPERATION INSPECTION METHOD OF EXCESSIVE FLOW RATE BLOCKING VALVE

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve test reliability by maintaining differential pressure generated at upstream and downstream sides of an excessive flow rate blocking valve over a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The operation inspection system of an excessive flow rate blocking valve performs an operation inspection of the excessive flow rate blocking valve provided in instrument piping at a downstream side of penetration attached to a reactor containment vessel. The operation inspection system includes a connection section connected to the instrument piping at the downstream side by the excessive flow rate blocking valve; and a circulation system and a circulation pump that are connected to the instrument piping via the connection section and circulate water, thus maintaining the differential pressure generated on the upstream and downstream sides of the excessive flow rate blocking valve over a long time and improving the reliability of testing.
