<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in a method for adjusting oxygen concentration by using a polymer solid electrolyte film, it is difficult to realize atmosphere of high oxygen concentration and high humidity, and fewer kinds of foods are applicable when food storing atmosphere is adjusted, although the method is the optimal for realizing low oxygen concentration while satisfying conditions of space saving, no vibration sound, and operation in room temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An anion conductive polymer solid electrolyte film 9 is used as a polymer solid electrolyte film of an oxygen concentration adjusting means 5, and a positive electrode 11 side of the oxygen concentration adjusting means 5 is connected to a sealed food storage container 6, which enables a food storage space 7 to have the atmosphere of high oxygen concentration and high humidity.
