<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation security system for installing a solar battery panel by effectively utilizing an off-limits area in a water storage region and executing the crime prevention in the off-limits area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The power generation security system (10) includes: floats (21) floating on the water storage surface of a water storage region (41); a solar battery panel (23) to be fixed on the upper face of the float (21); an electrical storage device (27) storing the electricity generated by the solar battery panel (23); and a security system (30) to be power-supplied from the electrical storage device (27). The security system (30) includes a camera (31) to be installed for monitoring an access road (43) to the water storage region (41); and a transmission means (33) transmitting image data photographed by the camera (31) to a guard.
