<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate movement of a shutter curtain of a shutter for a vehicle, which is provided in an opening of a baggage storage chamber, in a fully-opened state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: For regulating the movement of the shutter curtain 3 in the fully-opened state in a manual shutter for the vehicle, guide rollers 3b are protrusively provided at both right and left ends at a lower end of the shutter curtain 3 and an implement 6 to be locked is provided on a sidewall 1b above the opening 2 of the baggage storage chamber 1. Further, a long fixing implement 7 has a first locking part on a leading end side and a second locking part on a base end side, while the first locking part there of is locked to the guide roller 3b and the second locking part thereof to the implement 6 to be locked.
