<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which exhibit capacity matched to forming utilizing die division, and can securely perform pressing without increasing the forming capacity of the existent pressing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a die 2 and a punch 3, the punch 3 is composed of a displacing divided die 4 and a fixed divided die 5, the height of the die face 4a of the displacing divided die 4 is changed to the height of the die face 5a of the fixed divided die 5 so as to regulate press forming regions, a forming load required for the forming in each forming region is made lower, and the whole of the product is press-formed by one process.
