SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the trapped amount of light inside a substrate by forming concavo-convexes and grooves on the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: Concavo-convexes(11) are formed on the surface of a first conductive substrate. Grooves(301) are formed along the slanted side of the concavo-convexes. An anti-reflection film covers the concavo-convexes. A solar cell is formed on the substrate and includes a doping unit with a second conductive dopant. The polarity of the second conductive dopant is opposite to the polarity of the first conductive substrate.
