<p>The device has a metal support (1) fixed on a section of a pontoon (9) with a threaded counter plate (7) and tightened by fixation bolts (10). A bridge or step (5) pivoted at top of an axle (4) is folded on the pontoon. The bridge or step is closed in a vertical position by a lock through holes (3, 8). The metal support is equipped with two fixation clamp holes (2) to pass the fixation bolts through the support.</p>
