<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and program that can execute time synchronization between communication devices that relay a message with accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A relay apparatus has: an input/output port 110a with a receiving portion that receives a first synchronization message addressed to a second communication apparatus and which includes transmission time from a first communication apparatus; a calculating section 103 that calculates stay time when the first synchronization message is transmitted to the second communication apparatus; a transmission controller within the input/output port 110a that transmits the first synchronization message to the second communication apparatus after a lapse of the stay time after reception of the first synchronization message; input/output ports 110b-110d with a receiving part that receive a second synchronization message addressed and transmitted to the first communication apparatus depending on the first synchronization message and which includes transmission time from the second communication apparatus; and a transmission controller within the input/output ports 110b-110d that transmits the second synchronization message to the first communication apparatus after a lapse of the stay time calculated for the corresponding first synchronization message after reception of the second synchronization message. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
