PURPOSE: A similar uniform velocity exercise device is provided, which can obtain simplification of a frame structure and standardization of link constitution. CONSTITUTION: A similar uniform velocity exercise device comprises: a base frame(2); a tower(3) formed in the front of base frame; a link box(4) installed on the top of the tower; a handle(5) performing circular motion according to the property of four-unit link; a forward and reverse lever(6) fixed in the front of the link box; a resistance box(7) connected to right and left lever; a three-unit link(9) which is axis-installed to induce angular motion of the handle; a bearing housing fixed in the inner side of the three-unit link; and a handle frame fixed to the bearing housing.
