PCB X-RAY INSPECTION APPARATUS WITH MULTIFUNCTIONS

PURPOSE: An inline PCB X-ray inspecting device is provided to inspect a PCB in various angles by transferring an inspection control conveyor, a detector, and a X-ray tube. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray tube(20) is movably arranged inside a case(10). An input conveyer(30) is arranged in the feed entrance of the case. A discharge conveyor(40) is arranged in the vent of the case. An inspection control conveyor(50) is arranged between the input conveyer and the discharge conveyor. A horizontal moving part(60) transfers a slide support part in an X-axis. A rotational stage has a rotation plate and a drive motor. A detector(80) takes a photograph of a PCB on the inspection control conveyor.
