PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle enabling a driver to notice more effectively forgetting to close a cap. SOLUTION: A height H1 of a clearance part 139 formed between a tank cover 41 and a lower surface 128 of a seat 33 when the seat 33 is closed is set to be lower than a height H2 of a cap 38 within a moving range of the cap 38 removed from an oil feeding port 77. When the seat 33 is fallen toward its closing direction while the cap 38 is left on the tank cover 41, the lower surface 128 of the seat 33 strikes against the cap 38 and the seat 33 cannot be closed well. With this arrangement, the driver is apt to notice easily about forgetting to close the cap 38.
