<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar cell and a grooving tool which can set and replace with a new cutting edge with ease without exchanging the grooving tool itself when a cutting edge is worn away or nicked, and can manufacture an integral type thin film solar cell at a good yield. <P>SOLUTION: In this grooving tool 8, many recesses and projections 82 and 83 continuous in a gear shape are formed along a circumferential direction in an outer peripheral part of a disk-shaped body 81 attached so as to rotate and fix to a holder 9 of a scriber, at least either one corner part directing toward a tangent direction of this projection 83 is formed as a cutting edge 84, and this cutting edge 84 is disposed toward an advance direction to groove simultaneously by a plurality of cutting edges by movement of one movement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
