METHOD FOR APPLYING POROUS METAL TO MEMBER TO BE FIXED, AND POROUS METAL PANEL MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for applying porous metal to a member to be fixed and a porous metal panel member.

SOLUTION: The method includes: a molding step of obtaining a molded panel by molding a panel member composed of the porous metal so as to have surface shape of the member to be fixed; a first applying process of applying and hardening first resin while making the first resin infiltrate from one principal surface of the molded panel to the inside thereof; a second applying process of applying second resin having adhesion property to the first resin on the first resin; a third applying process of arranging a fiber nearly in parallel with the principal surface on the second resin and applying the second resin on the fiber; and a process of obtaining the porous metal panel member by repeating the third applying process and hardening the second resin. The first resin has higher adhesive power to the porous metal than the second resin.
