PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of searching imaging data that users desire, based on positions of subjects within imaging ranges. SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 includes: an analog signal processing section (15) for imaging the subject to obtain imaging data; and a CPU 20 for detecting the position of the subject within an imaging range captured by the analog signal processing section (15).
