PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of heat transferring performance of a refrigerant heat exchanger in a case when a refrigerating machine oil incompatible to a refrigerant is used with carbon dioxide as the refrigerant, in a refrigerating device performing a vapor compression type refrigerating cycle by using the refrigerant heat exchanger having a flat porous tube in which the refrigerant flows. SOLUTION: The refrigerant-water heat exchanger 22 is a heat exchanger constituting a heat pump unit 2 performing the vapor compression type refrigerating cycle by using the refrigerating machine oil incompatible to the refrigerant, with carbon dioxide as the refrigerant and exchanging heat between the refrigerant and the water, and includes refrigerant heat transfer tubes 41, 46 composed of flat porous tubes having a plurality of flow channel holes 42, 47 through which the refrigerant flows and which are arranged in the width direction, and the flow channel holes 42, 47 respectively have the polygonal cross-sectional shape of five or more sides, when observing the refrigerant heat transfer tubes 41, 46 from the longitudinal direction.
