PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disease treatment drug which predominantly delivers an iron or manganese porphyrin complex removing active oxygen to abnormal tissues in a living body and can effectively remove the active oxygen within the abnormal tissues, and has a high pharmacological effect without side effects. SOLUTION: The disease treatment drug contains an iron or manganese porphyrin complex nanocapsule housing an iron or manganese porphyrin complex in a nanocapsule of a nanosize; and with the nanocapsule, the disease of the abnormal tissues is treated by the iron or manganese porphyrin complex delivered in the abnormal tissues having high concentration of active oxygen and side effects can be inhibited without affecting normal tissues having low concentration of active oxygen.
