PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter for a gas which announces entry of water when the water enters a flow path. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flowmeter includes: the flow path 11 for flowing a to-be-measured fluid; a pair of ultrasonic sensors 12 installed in the flow path; a travel time measuring means 13 for causing ultrasonic waves to travel between a pair of the ultrasonic sensors 12, and measuring a travel time; and an announcement means 14 for announcing a fact that the travel time measured by the travel time measuring means corresponds to the travel time when ultrasonic waves travels in the water between a pair of the ultrasonic sensors.
