PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the light receiving efficiency of a solar cell in a watch, in which the solar cell is disposed at a side surface part of the exterior case. SOLUTION: The solar cell is disposed, at a side closer to a viewing side of the watch than to an external operating member so that efficient light reception is attained. The solar cell includes a through-hole or a cutout for allowing the external operation member to pass therethrough, and the solar cell is disposed at the side surface part of the exterior case at the same height as the external operation member so that the solar cell photovoltaic generation area of the solar cell is widened. The solar cell is wrapped around the side-surface section of the exterior case, with the end parts overlapped with each other by a prescribed length, and fixed at a certain location of the external operating member, for example.
