<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve which can prevent certainly the leak of the fluid passing between the seal ring 7 or the backup ring 8 and the annular convex part 24, 25 of a valve 4 while reducing the cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a pair of annular convex parts 24, 25 prepared in both sides of the axial line direction of an annular groove 6 of the valve 4, the seal effect between the seal ring 7 or the backup ring 8 and the first annular convex part 24 can be raised by making especially the outside diameter of the second annular convex part 25 smaller than the outside diameter of the first annular convex part 24 and enlarging the receiving pressure area of a fluid pressure.
