<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmission system of a portable telephone terminal which can prevent crime actions such as money sending fraud, etc. by performing guarantee that a person is a portable telephone terminal owner itself to a communication destination using biometrics authentication, moreover, informing that the portable telephone terminal owner is in an emergency condition without making surroundings of the portable telephone owner take attention. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The message transmission system connects between a server 102, an originating source portable telephone terminal 103a which works as an originating source, and a communication destination portable telephone terminal 103n which works as a communication destination, and causes them to freely communicate. The originating source portable telephone terminal 103a prepares a biometrics information detection means which detects biometrics information, and a means to send the biometrics information to the server 102. The server 102 prepares a means to takes out information corresponding to the biometrics information from an authentication information DB 101, and transmit to the communication destination portable telephone terminal 103n, etc. in a case that the received biometrics information is registered in the authentication formation DB 101, and if it is known not to be the same biometrics information detected at the last time after start of the communication.
